Dr. Heather Hearon is originally from Tucson, AZ. She attended UC San Diego for her college education, was an All American Swimmer for the UCSD swim team. While she enjoyed swimming, her interests shifted to her true passion, dentistry, when she became a member of the UCSD Pre-Dental Society. She participated as a clinic volunteer and eventually worked her way up to Clinic Manager of their dental clinics. These clinics offered dental care to the underserved in San Diego and instilled in her care of people, and the importance of good dental care. Dr. Hearon earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine at the Arizona School of Dentistry graduating in 2011. After graduation, it was her AEGD residency in Wailuku that brought her to beautiful Maui, and that was when she fell in love, and decided to make Maui her home.

Dr. Hearon is an honest, gentle, good-natured person who cares deeply about her work and treats patients like family. She is here because she loves Maui and what she does, and that shows in how she cares for her patients on a daily basis.

Dr. Hearon is a member of the Maui Seattle Study Club, as well as the American Dental Association, Hawaii Dental Association, and Maui County Dental Society.

Outside of dentistry she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends outside hiking or, most of the time, can be found playing with her husband, Josh, and her son, Caden, at the beach.
